Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

How do I return an item purchased on BeautyZone?

BeautyZone offers an ‘Easy Return Policy’ where you can raise a return/exchange request for a product within 15 days of delivery. Partial returns are also accepted, allowing you to return one or more items from your order.

Steps to Return an Item:
Step 1: Choose one of the following methods:

  • Via ‘Account’ Section
    1. Go to your account > Click on ‘Orders.’
    2. Select ‘Have a Concern’ and proceed with the reason for return.
  • Via Help Center
    1. Click on ‘Write to Us’ > ‘Submit a Request.’
    2. Provide order details along with your return request and share an image of the product and invoice for reference.
  • Via Email
    1. Send an email to [email protected] within 15 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2:
Once your request is received, based on the outcome, we will pick up the item. Refunds or replacements will be initiated only if the products are received in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Note: If a replacement is requested, it is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Missing original packaging, price tags, labels, or accessories.
  • Tampered serial number.
  • Used or altered products.
  • Return request initiated after 15 business days of delivery.
  • Free gifts provided with the product.

Categories Not Eligible for Return:

  • Customized products (e.g., lipsticks, mascaras, etc.).
  • Personal care appliances due to hygiene concerns.

Special Return Policies:
For certain promotions or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Refer to the promotion banner for details or contact customer care for clarification.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, follow these steps within 15 days of receiving the order:

  1. Go to ‘Account’ > ‘Orders’ > Select ‘Have a Concern’ > Provide the reason for return.
  2. Alternatively, use the Help Center or email us at [email protected] with order details, images of the product, and the invoice.’

Once verified, we will pick up the item and process a refund or replacement as applicable.

 

Refund Timeline for Returns

  • Online Payments: Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 24-48 business hours of receiving the product back. It may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • COD Payments: Refunds are processed as a bank transfer and may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.

Free Gifts:
Free gifts must be returned along with the original product.

Partial Returns:
You can return specific items from a multi-item order. However, the product being returned must include all components and any complimentary gifts received.
