Apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure (use about two finger-lengths for full facial coverage). Wait 1-2 minutes before makeup. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and wear protective clothing. Children under 6 months: ask a doctor.
