Delivery time

Orders made from 10am to 11pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders made between 12am and 9am will be delivered the same day or the next working in case of holidays and weekends.

Due to unprecedented demand and ensuring our staff remain safe as we process your orders, we are running a little behind. Our warehouse team are working hard to ensure you receive your beauty essentials as soon as possible but please expect a 48 hour delay to the dispatch of standard delivery orders.

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue operate as normal.

We ensure that your personal information is kept private and confidential on our secure servers. All payment information is secured by our payment gateway provider CCAvenue which is PCI DSS certified. Your card details and passwords cannot be accessed by any of our employees. Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order currently.

How will i know if a product is out of stock ?

Any product that is out of stock will not be displayed online. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an order but sold out by the time, we process the order. Should this happen, our team will call you at the earliest.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

No problem. You can modify or cancel your order if your order has not been shipped. Please contact us immediately on the Whatsapp (0097150164046) form us about the change.

How will my orders be delivered?

Your order will be sent from our store  and delivered to your doorstep in a temperature-controlled environment (if required).

Can I choose delivery day and time?

Yes, you have the option of selecting your preferred day and time of delivery please inform us on Whatsapp or on the note before checkout and we are online 24/7  to help you as we can.

What are the delivery charge ?

If your order above 200 AED then we are happy to tell that the delivery is free

any order under 200 AED will be charge 20 AED for the delivery
